Hii guys.
I bought amazon gv using Mobikwik
Payment was successful but didn’t received any gv.
I tried again thinking they will return the previous money and bought again but again payment was successful and didn’t received gv neither on mail nor on messege.
What can be done now. Anyone faced the similar issue previously

The transaction is successful in payment history for both.
You will get refund in sometime.
I used to get refund but these times transaction needs not to be successful.
But this time transaction is successful.
What was amount of your Amazon Pay Gift Card
in MK app goto giftcards – > click on my gifts and click on self..
see your cards are there or not..
if not contact on twitter , they reply fast there..
