dimmers i need help regarding Ticket Compliments. just wanted to know the following.
how much time it actually takes to activate the cards?
if order is cancelled how refund is process?
can i use this card in wallet site like paytm, mobikwik, oxigen etc?
can i use more then 2 cards for single order?
Is money is safe Ticket Compliments?
Since i am new to Ticket Compliments just want help friends

“If order cancellled refund will be processed from where u paid.” means refund will be back in Ticket Compliments card?
Yes it will be refunded in TC card.but avoid buying items from TC card where chances of order cancellation is high becoz they take 1 month to refund

I assumed it as online order. I am not sure of offline order using multiple cards.
What’s the difference between premium, max etc ? Which is the best ?
Nothing much UT I guess the former one offers 2%cb on some affiliated stores.

getting error email id/mobile no. mismatch,any help
You have to register the card on edenred.co.in. After 12-72 hours, your email and mobile number will get updated. After that you can use for online transactions.
Today I received my ticket compliment card from shopclues. But during activation process i can see only my phone no. And they have not mentioned my email id. Still can I use card???
You have to first request for activation on the gci web site. It will take 3-4 weeks. Then you have to register on edenred, it will take 12-72 hours for your email/phone to get updated. Then you can use your card online.

No ticket compliments card exist in shopclues.
Gci taking hell time to activate gift cards this time, More than 20 days yet haven’t activated
mine extended by another week 16/12 > 23/12
Earlier they take 6-7 days to activate but from few weeeks taking min 15 days to activate.
