Help Needed About Bluedart

Hello Guys i recently got a Hand Blender in paytm mahar bazaar sale at 60rs (1rs+59rs) it was shipped by bluedart.It reached My Nearest Hub 5 Days Ago.But Everyday the Status Changes to Delivery Delayed.Even i tried to call The Customer Care Number there were 4 numbers for delhi customer care.Called each one of them daily 4-5 times.They Do Not PickUp the Call
is there any way to contact them? (I can not go to my nearest Hub to Pick it Up)
And tell Me Guys Will they return the Product to Paytm if nothing happens in 2-3 days?

Its not toll free though. Atleast there were no long wait times and my concern was effectively addressed.
@thegamervashu869 You can mail them(AWB No. and Mobile No.) at [email protected] They respond pretty quickly. After mailing them also contact them on Twitter regarding the same @BlueDartTweets
Even i faced similar issue with xpressbees, for Paytm sale orders
No response..
No contact number

this is normal bro, they take very much time, amazon deliver at my pincode through bluedart and ecom express only.

they return without giving notice..dat makes me worried

Even for me too…my 4-5 orderes r returned by Bluedart…Return to Shipper.
Luckily Hand blender was shipped thru Gati..so I got it..
Also Xpressbees…showing my 2 orders …Toothpaste dispenser and Shehnaz hussain beauty Kit Out for delivery from 2 days… but not delivering… Called CC too…they saying…these r just arrived ..not out for delivery…
If these orders vl b returned..u cannot do anything..
Paytm vl just say..refund is initiated against it and it won’t happen next tym..
If it is possible, go to the nearest hub and pickup your parcel.
Bluedart have done this wid me already…
Also calling bluedart’s main office number or email won’t help.. I have tried already.. U can just tweet to paytm or contact Paytm customer care telling the issue… May be they will escalate the issue and contact the courier service..
If u have the contact number of bluedart’s local office i.e. ur nearest hub..then it may help…
U cn go to bluedart website ..track ur shipment..click on contact us below….den u can get the mobile number of nearest hub by ur pincode..if that number gets picked up…n u get some sensible person den it vl help u…
Also u can tweet to Bluedart.. waise chances r very low that they vl reply..but u can try…
Same is the issue with me. I have also 1 order stuck with Bluedart.
Did anyone receive the movie ticket for these orders?

Any courier company’s service is based on how diligent the local team is. For me here, Blue Dart is the bestest.
