Urgent Help needed for sbi card ipo money debit

I had applied for 2 lot for sbi card ipo, and had paid through phonepe upi, I successfully got ipo of 1 lot, and another 1 lot amount was refunded back to my account next day itself, but today I received message saying money is debited again from my account for ipo, did anyone faced this issue?

AFIK money is to be debited only on confirmation of allotment.
but its interesting that you got allotment as many reported rejection when using phonepe UPI

They refunded 14345 by mistake so they debited it again. Afaik on giving upi mandate no amount is debited, only on execution debit is done. Check complete statement for March.
