I have submitted my Redmi 2 Prime at “Moradabad” service center on 04-06-2016 for audio jack issue. They gave me 10 days time for resolve issue but every time i called service center they are telling me same answer again and again “Parts is not available wait some more time”. I also mailed Mi India support many times and they are also saying “Plz wait for some time”. Now 2 months over and still issue not resolved. Now what i can do ??

If possible take it back and get is serviced at metro cities
@ajaycdc Phone will be present somewhere in office, collect it and start using…. they have to replace the motherboard, it wont happen…
If you or your friend has some knowledge or curiosity in repairing,
Buy the required part from Aliexpress(choose the seller carefully) with trackable courier and fix it yourself.
Part may take maximum one month but it is the same thing with service center,
I had issue with charging port of redmi 2. Service center asked 1200 without warranty.
It costed 300 rupee(150 part+150 shipping) and got it in less than one month and i was able to fix it myslef.

My phone is under warranty
All service centers are like so only.. My friend had a micromax . Withing a month it’s display went… He gave the phone to the service center.. Till 4months they kept the phone giving some excuses.. And after that they told him to take back the amount he had purchased the phone for cuz they weren’t able to track his phone and told him its lost.
Had a very good experience with xiaomi service center – Bangalore (Marathahalli) for the second time
My redmi note 4 had dead pixel issue and these guys replaced LCD in 30 min 
Previously when i bricked my redmi note 3, i tried almost all unbrick options none worked but these guys fixed the issue in a matter of hours (mustve used deep flash cable method)

They changed my RN3 DISPLAY IN less than 24 hours . I know they do not have a very good or maybe good service buy yes they are improving 
Can you please mention the total cost involved ???
Do ali express provide original display??
I own a COOLPAD MAX A8.. And wanted display for the same.. #full display..
Will Ali express be a right option? Or should go for Delhi’s local market display??
You can get a working display from Aliexpreess, there is no way to confirm if it is original or not so don’t expect an original.
Your best bet is local shop, next is ebay and last option should be Alie as you will face problem in returns and replacement in case the item does not work or was damaged during shipping.

Btw, i know one fellow who bricked his RN3 trying to flash rom. And now service center is asking money to fix it.
if you openly tell them lik i rooted, i was trying to flash all bla bla. they will ask money. just tell them, morning i woke-up phone was struck in mi logo 
Thats a major problem of mi service centre!!!
Seen many people facing the same issue from mi !! Parts not availble.
Now just msg at facebook and also tweet them ..!!
