HELP NEEDED- NEED TO REVERSE PAYMENT TAKEN BY MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT !

Actually i wanted to pay the charges for share transfer stamp on https://gras.mahakosh....in. The procedure it too long, but someone after asking everyone and taking the brokers help i went to their office in mumbai. There they told me to follow the procedure and make the payment first then only they will proceed with this.
Their site was shit i entered my otp but the page did not respond i didn’t receive my e challan for the same but then when i crosschecked my sbi statement i couldn’t see any debit so i tried once again and this time it was successful i received my challan. Today when i went in their office to show this they told me i have deposited the money which is 60 rs in the wrong acct i was like
. Then after again asking i went with the payment and again paid 60rs and finally everything was done perfectly and they told me to come tomorrow to collect the application. But when i again checked my statement today i saw a debit of 60rs already done yesterday for which the e challan was not generated.
SO IN SHORT PAID 180 INSTEAD OF 60RS. WHEN I CONTACTED THEIR STAFF, THEY WERE LIKE U WILL HAVE TO A NOTARY AND THEN STAMP THIS AND VERIFY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MONEY WITHIN 6 MONTHS
SO I HAVE ALL DEBIT STATEMENT AGAINST MAH GOVN BUT WILL I GET THIS 120RS BACK IN MY ACCOUNT?
IF ANYONE HAS ANY CLUE ABOUT THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW. DO TAG UR FRNDS WHO R IN THIS LINE

You may probably get refund as dimer mentioned above – I guess too

I will suggest to forget about it. Its just Rs 120, hence not worth any hassle with a sarkari office. I know its not right, but will it be worth the hassle?
