Help needed (projector solution)

i bought uc46 projector frm amaozon fullfilled seller. but projector was not working properly. so i returned it and the product was also unavailable from that seller. after returning i got my amazon gc credit in acc but i saw the same seller have the product available with only 1 left tag. orderd it again.
now my ques are
1. they provide me same faulty product.or new one.
2. and returning item 2-3 times will affect my acc.
3. if i get same faulty product what to do.

So different accounts and different IP for loot accounts and normal clean accounts
