Hi friends,
While trying to recharge Videocon D2h using Airtel money App
On entering 7 digit Cust ID- 2201***
it is showing ID Must be 8 – 12 digits.
I then tried entering registered mobile number.
Also tried entering Smart Card no 4111586**** 219***
Account No
No success .
please help
i tried recharge denominations of 225 & 250

Just now recharge using code “DTH25” and got 25 Cash back too. (using bluestacks on PC).

Prefix a 0 and then do. BTW I have oldest series of Videocon D2H, and my cust id is 8 digits one only, so please check.
