Help needed regardin PayPal Account

I needed a paypal account to get my payment from nigeria as i did some freelance work. so i gave my account created earlier but the sender was not able to send the money. after that i checked my account and find paypal was asking Photo ID proof and i uploaded Pan card. still not able to receive payment. so now i want to check my account is there anybody who can send a very little amount like 0.01 usd to check it or any other method to check it. pm for paypal details
