help needed regarding refund

i added payzapp card in paypal and tried to place an order on myntra.
payment failed.
order unsuccessful on myntra.
but amount debited from payzapp and showing same in PayPal as well with some myntra reference number details.
date 08.03.2020
Amount rs1700.00
contacted myntra via email , after 5 days they have confirmed they have not received the money.
i also lodged a dispute on paypal no response so far.
contacted payzapp cc today they told to wait 10 working days and contact again with email from myntra regarding confirmation of failed order.
what i should do now ?

You work in bank? Figure this out with your self you have more knowledge in this than any of us
this is wallet
not linked to bank
and there are 3 merchant involved
other than banks
people are always try yo get issueof bank in between somehow.
plus dd has people full of similar experience
not harmful in taking help /guidance from others
Payzapp works by bank rules. They will credit the refund on exactly the last date as said above 10 0r 14 days max.
thus is not a failed transaction , paypal is showing successful order from their end

yes i escalated to PayPal claim yesterday they sent mail i will bw getting refund in 7 days or so.
You ll get refund after 10th-11th days of transaction.
You will get refund on 11th day bro.Count from date of transaction
