help needed.. snapdeal GC expired

hi,
i had one snap deal GC worth 400rs which was expired yesterday.
When I called snapdeal customer care to extend the validity period, they told me to contact QUICKSILVER team as GCs are provided by them.
Do they really help on this? anybody had experience??

Actually i had to return the product which i bought through GC and so got money back in GC. Ofcourse i got money back in couple of days ago. I don’t want to buy anything and also i thought they might extend further if i asked them.

Not sure but you request them to refund as SD cash instead of in gv… Think they can help you… But you might have to persuade long enough… Do send DM on Twitter explaining ur case… Hope this helps… And all the best…
