Flash the rom

If ur ph is not rooted take it to service center
They will flash it ,and they are responsible to provide security updates since ur ph ended up with malware they are to be blamed and are bound to help

If they dnt help then , u will need to flash rom but first take it to service center

They should not charge.. as you have not rooted..

just ensure that you practice safe _ _ _ henceforth. no swapping (of unknown/unsafe memory cards) or downloading or visiting ^|cough| areas of the internet or falling for click-bait scams.

may be you didn’t root, but somewhere somehow your device is being targeted by the wifi or other internet access
or your flash-media content might be an issue.

Obviously rooting , ya the trojans are from 9apps, i just killed 2 trojans with the help of stubborn trojan killer ,need to kill one more trojan named as location services , ya it happens,just excited to kill trojans
