HELP NEEDED WHETHER TO PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON TV PURCHASED FROM FLIPKART

I had recently purchased VU 32" LED TV from flipkart. Today i gave received email from flipkart asking me to but 2 year extended warranty on the product. The 2 year extended warranty will cost Rs 1395. Please suggest whether it is advisable to buy 2 year extended warranty. Below is the email which i received from flipkart. I’d say buy it. Its very cheap compared to other mainstream brand extended warranties. Peace of mind for three years at 1395 is very good, its another matter if jeeves is going to be there for 3 years and if it survives if its going to provide you with satisfactory service. Nevertheless 1395 is very good deal.
