Well, my cousin bought clothes from Paytm.
When she found the clothes aren’t fitting well, she asked for a return.
But then they flagged her Paytm account citing abuse of their return policies.

She has been shopping even since Paytm was operating in the Shopping category.

They already have passed 15-20 days saying they have raised a ticket but no return request approved till date.

What to do in this case?

The customer support team is saying they can’t do much except raising a ticket as the abuse team has flagged her account confused

Denying replacement/refunds for clothing order is definitely not good.
Paytm is killing their own business, she used to order products from Brands having high-profit margins. Still, they flagged her account.

Paytm won’t be able to survive the next 2-3 years if they continue this attitude.
