Help! phonepe payment problem

First time using phoepe cuz of some good cb offers… anyways, I did a kyc and then top up balance with a debit card.
Now when I tried using it to pay on pharmeasy, it says 0 balance on the linked wallet?!! But I transferred 1050 to it and its still there, whats happening?! Please help ðŸ˜

Complained to them since yesterday but no one’s even bothering to reply till now!

Some merchants allow only upi transactions in phonepe.
Like if u pay at local shop no wallet option comes only upi possible.

@rini50 Check your Phonepe balance first. (My money > Wallet/gift vouchers > Phonepe)
If it is there then message them on twitter and tell them to refund the money to the actual source(debit card). You will get the refund within 3-4 Days. Quote them the transaction ID.
Tell them it is of no use to you because the merchant for whom you loaded the money doesn’t accept payment through Phonepe wallet anymore.
