Help Reagrding Amazon Pay UPI

I am not able to register for amazon pay upi. Trying for last few days. It keeps on processing on verifying mobile number.
Verification sms successfully sent and reply came from amazon. But app is not going ahead.
Anybody faced similar situation or know any solution of this…??
- tried reinstalling, clear cache, updating, login logout.

allowed all the permissions… it is working fine in another phone but for my phone it is not… contacted amazon cc
they just don’t know…. maybe no other option than to reset the phone.

If it is dual sim phone, pls keep that sim alone active and use mobile data from same,, avoid wifi

Problem is arising only with my phone and my number. Other numbers are getting registered from my phone. My number is getting registered from other phones.
Are u using realme device?

Search on YouTube how to basics and then you can register without SIM card in your phone
I faced the exact same issue. Finally resolved it by following the below steps:
1. Make sure Amazon number is the same as that of bank
2. Remove the second sim and use the intended sim as primary.
3. Try the registration process.
@kannu02021996 faced same problem with realme 3i did everything mentioned in this thread nothing worked finally changed default SMS app to system default and Amazon Upi registration worked perfectly. Seems this is problem with Realme OS.
Hi Brothers, any solution on this? I am facing same problem on my new Samsung Galaxy M30s… I believe there is a problem with Samsung One UI.

No buddy…. tried everything. The only thing remaining is to check after factory resetting the device.

You 2 people check your massage centre number. And correct the massage centre number . And install network mode app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=c... and select WCDMA PREFER . I HOPE IT WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM

while trying to link – it sends sms from primary sim slot which is same as registered in bank i even get sms that amaon pay UPI is set up but then it gets stuck on verifying and nothing happens it shows – this is taking longer than expected please wait
Just to give update, it was worked for me yesterday! I have tried minimum 100 times and finally succeeded.
Not sure on logic. May be problem from bank side, as message getting delivered to Amazon and even getting resonse from Amazon saying that my upi setup has been started (Everytime when i initiate).

I’m also facing the same issue on Samsung m30s…raise the complain to Amazon cc. They asked to wait for 7 days.
If you are realme 3 pro users,Just do this…. Open settings.. Search for pop up..search for ,And disable ‘Receive instant SMS messages’ …. now try to verify mobile…it works….
The same thing is happening with me. In another phone it’s working just fine at once but not in mine
