I need a help regarding a new Amazon account i created using a new user code i received from ICICI bank netbanking usage offer, i tried to apply to my old amazon account and it said i need to apply to a new account only and hence i created a new amazon account with a new mobile number i had and applied the code in that account and it applied successfully and i thought of using it today for the amazon great india sale.
When i tried to open the account using the same mobile i registered on that day and it says there is no such account existing with amazon. What do you think might have happened, amazon finding it was a new account created by an existing account holder or what happened, pls help. It would be very useful, as that account is having 150 GC applied and i am unable to login to it at all, tried with other mobile numbers also thinking that i may have used different number but of no use. pls help on what can be done to get that 150 gc applied that account.
