Help Regarding Amazon Account

I need a help regarding a new Amazon account i created using a new user code i received from ICICI bank netbanking usage offer, i tried to apply to my old amazon account and it said i need to apply to a new account only and hence i created a new amazon account with a new mobile number i had and applied the code in that account and it applied successfully and i thought of using it today for the amazon great india sale.

When i tried to open the account using the same mobile i registered on that day and it says there is no such account existing with amazon. What do you think might have happened, amazon finding it was a new account created by an existing account holder or what happened, pls help. It would be very useful, as that account is having 150 GC applied and i am unable to login to it at all, tried with other mobile numbers also thinking that i may have used different number but of no use. pls help on what can be done to get that 150 gc applied that account.

Contact customer care. Only they can help you here(if they don’t comeup with multiple accounts case, still you can ask to re-activate that gift card for new user.

It really remains a puzzle even for me, i did not receive any email as i registered only via the mobile and called them and they say there is no such account exist and asked me to create the account again,

Bro don’t worry I faced d same issue , i forgot password ,when I tried to rest it’s says no such account exist so,use email not mobile number
