Hello sir i have order on alibaba and they send the parcel but kolkatta custom held it from 06,11,2019.the custom send me letter but it very dificult to come there becouse of my baby and my job.my tracking no is RS914955678CH.this is my frist time buying from alibaba i really have no idea,i’m very surprice,urgently please dispatchy parcel as soon as posible,the good are only for my personal used

Tracking shows the following after reaching India :-

Does anyone have idea how long it will take for the item to return from Kolkata customs. I am from Asansol. I rang Kolkata PO and asked them about the usual time frame and they said they can’t say anything. It depends on the customs dept. how long will they take for clearance.

After that i rang to http://www.kolkatacustoms.gov.in/Main/pages/con... NOBODY Taking my calls .

Any info in this regard is appreciated. I found few complaints about Kolkata customs on the web. Some of the parcels took 2-3 months for clearance.

My other items from Germany i got within 1 month.
