I am using SUN DIRECT.My account balance is currently Rs.0.
I was choosing 210/month plan..My doubt is regarding recharge.If i recharge 210 using paytm or any wallets,210 will be added to my Sundirect account or plan renewed??What happened if i add Rs.100 or any other amount?
Also,I recorded videos from SET TOP BOX and saved in pendrive..But i can’t watch..It is in .ts format..Tried to convert to .mp4..No Converter software accepting this file..Any ideas??

My account in dishtv is showing balance of 70 Rupees, i modified my plan to 311 rupees which is around 10 rupees per day. So ideally my recharge amount should last till 24th but its showing next recharge date as 18th. why is it so ?
◆ 1st calculate ur validity considering 28 days as 1 month.
28th of one to 27th of next = 1month scenario isn’t always valid.
So, 311/28days ≈ ₹11.11 per day and there is nothing of round of kind.
Its ₹11.109, so IT IS.. its neither ₹11 nor ₹11.50.
◆2nd, if your balance after deduction of any specific day’s deduction is less than min required i.e. 11.11, then it means your validity over as deduction isn’t possible anymore.
◆3rd, If you recharged last month after service is disconnected, then it means you had utilized 3 days of extra service as being offered by all service providers.
But DishTV in particular credits that extra viewing period on its own, if not recharged in time without even notifying regarding the same And subtracts 3days of service on recharge.
OR, may be they started to block 3days balance for extra time..
you need to check regularly once to know exact scenario.
◆ and last you modified ur plan to 311 DOESN’T MEAN IT IS 311..
may be some addons or dishTV’s own active channels are subscribed.
best is to login to your account online or just intiate a recharge online (without login) and you will get option to check details of your monthly plan amount as break up..

There is nothing as plan renewal..
for whatever amount you recharge (there is some min recharge amount for each provider) will get added to your account..
And then your balance will be deducted per day basis based on your plan..
For eg., if your monthly plan is 210 (assuming to be including GST) then 210/28 = ₹7.5, will be deducted each day till your balance reduces to <7.5 and that’s when your subscription expires again and you need to recharge..
Again in the mean time if you decide to update (add/delete) channels from ur pack, your per day deduction will change accordingly from the time changes are implemented and accordingly will change ur due date.
due date for recharge marely means that if everything goes as per current situation (without any update) then by that time ur balance will get used up.
