Well you could jus checkout the tour packages on ‘experienceandamans’. They have multiple itineraries listed and all. Just go though all of them and get an idea on how they are designed and maybe then you can create your own schedule or take a package with them whichever suits you

we did the same thing back in 2017. combed through lot of template itinerary and we kinda liked few things in south andaman and some in north andaman. experienceandamans customized a package for us which included it all.

if you are on a budget and wish to do things by yourself then you can just do the trip on your own but if you want a peace of mind and dont want to burden with figuring out the hotels, transport, cruise and all those island rules + timings on when and where, what happens, opens and closes.. just take the package.
