Help regarding freecharge blocked wallet

In your gmail settings go to “accounts and import”, there you will see something as “send email as”. Edit that info to show your freecharge “dot trick” email id and send a mail.

With this option mail is going with the original email id only. But in “reply to email”

Remove your original email id from that list, try sending a test email and check it. I don’t know if their customer care are trained to identify dot trick email id’s. But at least the email will be sent as your freecharge registered email id.

they blocked my genuine account as well saying due to suspicious activity we have suspended and cannot be re-activated and the balance will be transferred to the source where you have loaded from. Actually I have loaded 1K three times using RBL GC and tried to transfer after 7 days. Tried several times then they blocked and suspended.

Just realised, you need to add your freecharge email id in the add new email id in the same tab and it works.

Freecharge blocked my account also but they send money back to same card or bank through which u loaded it.

They start return back money to account once they blocked it.

It take 4-5 days money back to account but here no cashback money be return only general balance.

Dnt login in Rooted mobile, if you login within a fraction of seconds it will get blocked…

I had 1000 rs in freecharge and did’nt even realise that my phone was rooted.
Was working fine for last 1 month.
TOday, it says temporarily blocked.
