Help regarding jabong credit voucher

I have shopped for less value than my jabong credits code but its going to be more than an hour but I didn’t received remaining amount new code … I raised issue at various place like FB, twitter and mail them but there is no reply from jabong… kindly help me or tell me a way from getting out from this.

means… I wouldn’t get my remaining amount vocher… but they state very clearly in t&c condition that … all remaining balance will be back in account as new voucher … is there any way to complain about them
