First topup Rs100, you get full talktime and activate Rs99 prime from my jio app through your jio balance

I think just add additional Rs 99 to your pack. It will be prime (check plans in my jio app)
You can’t recharge for prime individually online, you have to choose any pack with it.
Use My Jio app for recharge.
