I bought a Morphy richards Maximo juicer from Croma. They delivered a faulty product. They have a 7 days return policy so i raised the ticket next day itself.
They said they need a Dead on arrival certificate from Morphy richards and they raised a ticket with Morphy. Morphy technician came to my home and said he can only repair. Also he refused to acknowledge most of the defects, calling them normal way of working. He allowed me to take a snapshot of jobsheet which had issues mentioned. I shared it with croma but they are not doing anything but asking for Dead on arrival certificate from company which Morphy is saying they cant give, they only repair.
I am stuck between the two. Croma keeps on raising tickets with morphy and morphy never visits and doesnt provide DOA.
