Help regarding SBI buddy

Done a transfer of 2000 to bank account through SBI buddy app but the amount is deducted from app and not yet credited in given account after more then 8 hour’s(transfer is through IMPS mode)
How and where to complaint and in how much approx. time is it resolved? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

9 45 am wait time of 3hours only
You can raise dispute in bank if the amount is not settled in 24h.
You can click the feedback button and enter your query about failed bank transfer .I too faced similar issue last week and the amt was refunded to wallet within 5 days and I have transferred again successfully. They use imps to transfer so if you have not received amt within 3 hrs mostly it is a failed txn and would be refunded to wallet in 5 working days. Nothing to worry.
