I made the wrong choice of purchasing an Air Conditioner from Tata Cliq website. Because of the HDFC card promotion and lucrative discount on offer, I opted for Tata Cliq.
Since last 6 days, I am stuck with the following situation:
1) An incorrect AC model has been delivered to me by the seller which is an aluminium condenser AC and I had purchased a specific model which was copper condenser.
2) On raising a return request, Tata Cliq tried to convince me that you should keep the AC, but i clearly told them that I need the correct model else refund the money
3) I went ahead and raised a return request, till date (5 days passed by), no one has come to collect the AC, nor are they responding to my tweets, mails and call centre is giving me generic response that we are looking into the matter.
Any one facing similar issues with Tata Cliq and has a workaround to my problem. I have tried tweeting to Mr. Vikas Purohit (CEO) as well, though no response.
Any dimer who has connects at Tata Cliq and could help me with this problem.
