Guys, I am guilty of using plastic bags over years and now i have piles and piles of them in my house. I dont know what to do with them. i asked bhangar wala and he says its of no use to him. Plastic bags are banned at my place and cannot carry around. Garbage mai phenk ne ka mann bhi nahi kar raha. they are approx 2kgs.lol

@A2Zdeals , that was quick. thanks.
the vendors wont accept them because corp is imposing fines of 800 for keeping them. corp is serious about it(for initial days atleast)

Which city are you from?

In Maharashtra retailer association has mandated to sell plastic bags at shops.

Thanks to Peppertap and Grofers that I no more need to worry about bags while buying grocery. Have a lot of good bags from them. I also have a bundle of plastic bags and I always carry one whenever I go out to buy small things. It helps alot and you don’t need to be on the mercy of shopkeepers because they also don’t encourage people to ask for a plastic bag from them. Its banned here in Bangalore too.
My suggestion to you is to keep those bags it in a carton box. They might serve a purpose sometimes. It will certainly be harmful to throw them in rubbish.
