I have finalized samsung m31 as my secondory phone .

Redmi 3s prime has been great companion for last couple of years but now I need to move on ..

Reason for M31 selection :

1. Amoled screen
2. Camera
3. Battery backup

Concern : screen is gorilla 3 protected.

My first phone is iOS and has no plan to change as primary device .

Thank you looking at this thread.

Any feedback or suggestions are appreciated..

Seems like a good choice for secondary phone. I am not sure if the cameras live up to the price tag considering other good phones in that segment but I am assuming screen and battery life would make up for it.

My cousin has an M30 (not m31) and cameras were plain terrible! I loved the screen on the device though.

I use a secondary phone as well which is my loyal Redmi Note 5 Pro.

Main reasons – separate my official number and personal number and to not have them in same phone. iOS on my primary device lacks the capability of separating the SMS that I block to a different folder and not even notify me about it. On iOS I can hide alerts for spam SMS but it still shows that annoying blue bubble indicating a new SMS and the SMS still drops in the same messages app without even getting segregated.

Might seem like a small reason but my old official number gets bombarded with tons of spam SMS each day and it’s quite annoying.

Also, I keep changing my primary phones frequently and the time in between selling my old phone and getting a new phone I rely on my secondary phone for both sims.

iOS is not that reliable for most of part as it drain out battery quite quickly also the job we are in need to be touch with other fellow. So having 2 mobile save life many times..

I have been a guy with not a single mobile ever ( always had bunch of them )

Thats good. Even I need a bare minimum of 2 smartphones. STarted this Trend way back in 2014 when I got Lumia 1520 and one more flagship lenovo phone both in loot prices. Now cant do without it

Same here was a tech lover since my school time but never did family agreed to buy me those. Used my first flagship in 2014 that too bought from my own pocket until then entry level phones.

But more than 2 is difficult to manage. CUrrently I have 5, 3 are smartphones and 2 basic mobiles. Need to Declutter and shift to 2 smartphones for daily driver and 1 basic mobile for idle at home. Just lazy to do all shifting etc cry
