I have finalized samsung m31 as my secondory phone .
Redmi 3s prime has been great companion for last couple of years but now I need to move on ..
Reason for M31 selection :
1. Amoled screen
2. Camera
3. Battery backup
Concern : screen is gorilla 3 protected.
My first phone is iOS and has no plan to change as primary device .

I was not able to find 4gb variant ..
I usually don’t change phone so often so was thinking to buy 6 gb and 128 ..
Plus M31 has better camera
what was the main reason for you to carry a secondary mobile ?
PS for my friend it was his iphone adamantly sking wifi for many tasks. But it was back in 2015
I use a secondary phone as well which is my loyal Redmi Note 5 Pro.
Main reasons – separate my official number and personal number and to not have them in same phone. iOS on my primary device lacks the capability of separating the SMS that I block to a different folder and not even notify me about it. On iOS I can hide alerts for spam SMS but it still shows that annoying blue bubble indicating a new SMS and the SMS still drops in the same messages app without even getting segregated.
Might seem like a small reason but my old official number gets bombarded with tons of spam SMS each day and it’s quite annoying.
Also, I keep changing my primary phones frequently and the time in between selling my old phone and getting a new phone I rely on my secondary phone for both sims.
Seems like a good choice for secondary phone. I am not sure if the cameras live up to the price tag considering other good phones in that segment but I am assuming screen and battery life would make up for it.
My cousin has an M30 (not m31) and cameras were plain terrible! I loved the screen on the device though.
So it’s decided to buy samsung m31 6gb 64 variant ..
Amazon selling it for 15999.
I will get cashback on Amazon icici card ..
