help snapdeal changed seller for iPhone 7 purchase

I had yesterday purchased iPhone 7 from snapdeal under the amex scheme but now they have changed the seller to a new seller – DUKAAN RESOURCES PVT LTD GGN_SDRNA-VOI
should I cancel the order or should I trust snap deal ?

Are you sure .. they change seller because.. the name you saw on website is… short name of seller and in order pqge … you see full name … I have go through this many time …

This is something you need to be alarmed about. if you have already paid, you have to be very careful… They may send you defective set and never refund, from my personal experience. From what i have seen, they are deliberately sending defective sets and not refunding, for proof see their facebook page, 100s of them have been complaining about the same issue of defective electronics and not refunding or replacing.
