once read the terms and conditions of the vcc. i think if u didn’t use the vcc or if any transaction has failed using vcc, it will be credited back to ur cc

Jin bhaiyon ne is bare me nahi suna aur adventure experience krna chahte h toh just open PAYZAP app and find NETSAFE option in the menu. Dar ke aage loss hai (10k) ka.

For a completely unused NetSafe card created from your Credit Card, the amount is credited back at end of validity period. For Netsafe cards created from your Debit Card, the amount will be credited back in 3 working days to the source account.
In case the NetSafe Card was partially utilized, the balance amount gets credited to the source account within 7 days (for Netsafe Card created from Credit card) or at the end of 35 days (for Netsafe card created from Debit Card) from the date of transaction.

They dint mention about any interest levied on my 10k for 3 months… coz this card can’t be used anywhere, it shud b called FD (fixed deposit) card without interest.

VCC cancel kardo, i think netsafe mein ye option to hoga
I used Kotak Bank, there was a option to cancel VCC and the amount goes back to account or if VCC isn’t used then after expiry remaining balance auto gets credited to primary account

Bro go to netsafe wala website and go to all accounts/service then click on Card list and then cancel your card.I just checkd it after seeing ur post. The Bank will refund in 5working days i think

What if I that debit card is blocked? Once I created a VCC using a DC and partially used that. Later I lost the DC and applied for the new one. I had around 1000+ in that VCC but didn’t find anything on the statement regarding that.

This incident happened in 2013, But I haven’t followed up with HDFC at that time.

I think you will get refund in your bank account because recently I had also created 1 vcc from oxigen and done transaction on godaddy but after transaction I have deleted my vcc but after cancelling order on godaddy I got my refund on rbl fund of oxigen so i think you will also receive your refund on your bank account

Thanks for the concern, It was happened in long time back (in 2013) and I don’t really care about that money. But this posts reminds me the countless use cases that we have to tackle as a developer in a payment startup.

Hello My name is Nazir Hussain. I am holding hdfc debit card. Through hdfc debit card i have created two netsafe cards and placed some orders from flipkart but unfortunately the seller from flipkart has cancelled my orders and thus they have also completed the refund from their side. They gave me all refund reference id and authorisation code. i have raise complain to hdfc custumer care,Also i think Flipkart has credited this money in my netsafe. but this money is not getting reflected back to its source account. can somebody please help me out.
