Help ticket complements premium card "Card beneficiary number does not exist in Database"
hi, i bought ticket complements premium card from shopclues (seller giftcardsindia)
yesterday my card was activated.
now, when i try to register on Edenred site.
i am getting this error msg “Card beneficiary number does not exist in Database”
anyone facing this error ??

still not solve my problem..
GCI wale bolte hai, sir humare taraf se card Activate ho gaya hai..
yeh online register unka system hai hum kuch nhi kr skte hai..
edenred customer service se contact kare..
and edenred customer service.. 1 day wait karaya, and solve nhi kr paya..
now bolte hai sir, aap ka yeh issue jaha se apne purchase kiya tha usko forward kr diya gaya hai..
2-3days me solve ho jayega.. 
don’t know ab aage kya karu ??

@abhishek012 Guys, did this issue get resolved for you? Who resolved it, GCi or Edenred?
I am now facing the same issue for cards that got activated today after almost a month.

If it doesn’t resolve itself by Monday, check with GCI.
