on 15th I had recharged my Idea number for rupees 599 through Mobikwik wallet after loading money in it. The recharge is showing successful but I haven’t received the recharge. I complained to MobiKwik but they replied that they can’t do anything as the recharge was successful .
Any suggestions will be helpful

Check with the operator
Just ask for operator recharge I’d and give it to your operator.
I Contacted Idea customer care and was informed that no recharge of 599 was pending.
Why To Go With Mobi At First ?
Worst Support By Them.
Send mails to both seperately.(send mails to mobikwik and idea seperately)
Send their replies to opposite side now.(now send the reply from mobikwik to idea and idea’s reply to mobikwik) and ask them to reply now.
I had send MobiKwik the conversation I had with Idea customer care. But they are repeating the same lines that transaction was successful From there end. After that they are not replying to any of my query
If you are using MobiKwik app. Then check the transaction under notification details from the right side menu. From there get the operator referance number.
in app below the order, txn ref id is showing.should i give this to idea customer care?
