Hello folks,
I am In needs of cabin luggage and found no past discussion regarding this in DD.
Please anyone can suggest and give experience among Safari, American Tourister, Sky bags…
And
From where can I find at the lowest cost and good quality from below

Go for polycarbonate luggage
They are the best
To begin with, consider only polycarbonate ones with 4 wheels. The only downside is a bit higher weight compared to the polyester ones with 4 wheels but these have lot more longevity and offer better protection to contents.
Most times sales in offline stores match online prices. Anything at around 1700 to 1800 bucks is a good deal for polycarbonate bags from Safari, other brands are a bit expensive.
Safari ones are good to go and one of the cheapest but better and more expensive brands like VIP or AT offer better wheel rotation making it easier to handle the bag (just a bit though). If you get VIP or AT at around 2000 to 2200 I suggest go for them over Safari but if the price difference is higher than that settle down with VIP.
I have 4 VIP ones at home (all same colour and design 
) that I got for around 1800 from SnapDeal during a sale.
