Help udio transaction failed but amount deducted from bank

Yesterday I had added 600 to udio via crop net banking transaction was successful but amount not reflected in udio account . Contatced udio cc told to wait for 24 hr
Today when connected cc says transaction failed what to do

Dont worry bro,,ur money wont go anywhere,,if its failed,it ll be automatically refunded back to ur account
