Help!!! Unknown Personal Loan acc in Credit Report

I dont know from where this personal loan acc by IDFC First bank has been added on to my PAN no./ Credit history.
I have never used this acc (can be seen in account history)
I am not sure but i feel that this is Flipkart Buy Now Pay Later option.
But now my Flipkart pay later shows only 5500 as credit limit.
Can anyone help in identifying what it can be and how can i close it?

But Flipkart pay later amount and amount reported on cibil report is diff
I have also same & showing one emi not paid,so i am not paying this months emi and waiting for their call.
I also tried to close my flipkart paylater account but bogus reps don’t know how to do so. the pay later thingy is really affecting my spending / shopping habit.

I too had the same issue. With Flipkart pay later and ola postpaid. I had limit of 7000 and 5000 resp. but in cibil the loan amount was 60000 and 50000. For ola it took me just a email to olamoney customer care to close the account. They have also confirm the cibil entry will be updated within 40 days.
However flipkart, contacting customer care was very difficult. I contacted flipkart through twitter and their first reply was i cannot close the same. On this reply, i had to tell them if they can’t do it i will get it done legally. On this they said we will look into the matter and i got an email from customer care. Even after 10days i got standard email, we are looking into the matter.
Now i have contacted their grievance department on [email protected] and they have assured me to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
I habe asked them to provide me in writing that even the personal loan account linked to it will also be closed. If this doesn’t work, I will be taking this up with rbi ombudsman.
Its Flipkart paylater,, everyone getting same entry in CIBIL. Mine too.
