I have applied and done KYC for Amazon card on Wednesday 5th February 2020 and it’s still not updated. What i should do next

It is normal,sometimes it takes more than a week or even 2 to update kyc status as posted in some comments here.

My Application is Under Process for last 6 months,
After waiting for 6 months, I raised a request to cancel the application.
and today i got a mail that the application is cancelled.
Will I be able to apply for new application or i have to wait for 6 months more to get the application?
How you raised the application to be cancelled, I too have raised but it is not cancelled still
I received the card after applying second time and totally after 6 months after 1st application. For the first time, KYC was done and all personal documents were collected with no any update. After multiple contact to ICICI bank on call/email/twitter they told me that application is rejected because it has become old and need to apply again for fresh application. Now I applied for 2nd time and this time also it took long time but finally one day I received message of ICICI bank that my credit card is on the way.
I have the same case
Status says process incomplete. But I know the application was rejected 6 months back already. What to do if I’d need to apply again as the status still shows process incomplete?
The worst part is that most of the people have their status in process incomplete status and they are thinking that the application was rejected and becoming fool.
Are you sure that i have wait for 6 months again after the cancellation is done?
What does it show in the amazon link once the application is “SUCCESSFULLY CANCELLED”?
P.S. after the application for the amazon card was so called rejected i applied for normal platinum card and that card got appoved.
To all the new people, do not apply apay card directly, first apply normal credit card then go for apay card.

My card got rejected they didn’t explain anything
I will apply for platinum card now and create another account and apply for it
How much time does it take from document verification to approval of the card?
Can the card get rejected after the document verification is done?
It took 8 months and repeated calls to change the status from “PROCESS INCOMPLETE” to “DOCUMENT VERIFICATION”

I posted this message when amazon rep didn’t come on appointment day.
My application was pending from june 2019
Day after posting this rep came and collect my pan card pic with my sign on form which acc to him last rep forgot to take on form.
Today my application is approved. Already got Rs.750 in pay acc.

when i applied in june last year it was 750
So, After so many calls, they remove my application from the system. I applied again today and card got approved as i have an existing ICICI card.
However the email was wrong. How do i change the email id for the amazon pay icici credit card?

Phone calls will never do anything.
1. Raise a complaint via phone banking and ask the SR request number
2. Now go to icici bank website, raise a secondary level escalation with the SR number and the application number. Then they might look into the issue..
Within 5 days I did a secondary escalation i got my card approved.
3. Dont worry, retain the SR number for secondary escalation. If not satisfied raise the third level of escalation.
Same here first Amazon pay icici card rejected. After 10 day apply for platinum card. Card got approve. Then apply for Amazon card after 2 month and finally approve.
If u need auto approve for Amazon card wait atleast 3 month after approval of platinum card
Application submitted on 26th july 2020 but still kyc schedule option not working
Hi,
I applied for my Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card on 1st August. I didn’t have any other ICICI Bank card.
After applying, I booked my slot for KYC for 6th August, as that was the only date available.
On 6th August, the executive came home for KYC at the designated time.He took my photo along with photos of my PAN and Driving Licence (For Address Proof). He told me that I will be receiving an email on my office id and I should reply with my Employee number. As soon as he left, I received a mail on my office id and I confirmed my Employee number.
For the next few days, it just showed KYC complete but the Document Verification part was still blank.
On 11th, when I checked, the update was assessing documents.
On 12th afternoon, I received a message that my Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card has been generated.
Immediately, I got a message that Rs.750 has been added to my Amazon Pay Balance as that was the promotion going on when I applied for my card.
Along with it, I also saw that the digital card was also added to the saved card section in Amazon Pay. By evening, I received the user id and I was able to log in to net banking and see the details of my card. I also used the digital card for a purchase on Amazon.
On 15th August, I finally received my physical card and have used it for offline purchases in a couple of stores.
Completed my e kyc. Still getting messages kyc pending. Also, in az pay portal it’s showing application pending. Does it take time to update??
Contacted customer care of amazon. He is saying wait till 14 february 2020
