Help with BESCOM bill

Hello people,
I have a situation here. As usual, the bill is generated for this month. The hard copy of the bill shows about 570/- but when I try to pay online it shows 39/- with the same due date which is 17th June. Now I’m not sure if I need to edit the amount and pay as on the hard copy or keep mum and pay the due amount shown?

Please note that only bescom official site allows the user to change the amount. Niki/amazon doesn’t let me change the due amount even if I wish to pay higher amount.

Anyone faced this situation earlier with BESCOM?

you got hard copy now? that means the meter reading device data is yet to reach the bescom office and then to the server wait for a day or two.

FYI 39rs will be dues for last month.

Cheap political tricks, govt wait for the election then immediately increase the price per unit

If you remember last year also during state election they did same thing, 2 days after the election they increased the prices which was EFFECTIVE 1 MONTH BACKWARDS.

My electricity board is CESCOM but I faced the same issue as well. Bill says 260 but until a few days back on the website it was showing Rs 44. As of today its changed to Rs 325.

Yes, i also saw same issue. Printout bill copy shows some 1200, online shows 58/-.
Not sure if their website/systems got messed up.
Also is there a way to edit and pay? From Bharat Bill pay systems like Az, MK, we can’t edit right.

Update: 39 was due from last month due to increased tarrif, and this month amount is now clubbed with the earlier due. It only took some time for the systems to get updated.
