Same happened with Delhivery couier too… as few products has been shipped by Delhivery n few by Ecom… please help

dont be panic.sometime its takes time to get reach the hub of courier partner. you ll get you order on estimated time I checked your order status and discovered that it is in the process of being couriered to you. It should reach you by 1-2 days.

U will surely get the product.

You are saying 48 hours? when did they shipped on saturday?
Then pick up was done on monday and tracking gets uploaded mostly at night
and sometimes it takes 3-4 days also for AWB to get connected with their system or even for pickup.
Do not worry you will get your product on time

OK. .. it’s Tuesday morning but same status is showing and you are right They had shipped it on satarday that’s why I has waited for 2 days before asking help … will wait for more 2 days … paytm CC service is so slow …

Actually i tell you step by step how its done.
step 1
seller gets order he confirmed it on paytm

step 2
Print labels which already has AWB generated on it

Pack it and handover to courier mark it as shipped

step 3
courier picks it up and takes to the center

step 4
courier companies takes 6 hour to 48 hour to connect, its different with different logistics

sometimes it gets delayed if work pressure is more on logistic or if there is some technical issue

Now what happened your order is packed and given to logistics on saturday, logistic takes 24 hour to connect, and connect happens at mid night

So sunday was holiday connect happened on monday night, today tracking should begin

ordered shorts from trendin seller in paytm item shipped with in 1hr and after 2 days tried to track but not yet update and the next day product delivered in nice packing

same thing has happened with me.. but I still didn’t got the delivery till now… hope my experience will also come out as you

I faced same issue with shopclues. Product was kept ready to be shipped for 5 days (31st dec to 4th January) Despite repeated requests to either share shipping details or cancel the order the only reply i could receive is ‘We cannot cancel the order as it is ready to be shipped’. On 5th January shipping details were uploaded (Delhivery ) but shipment was untraceable from origin for 24 hours. Asked Delhivery on twitter and they said the tracking number is not available with us. Tweeted @Delhivery’s reply to Shopclues but not replying. Tweeted them many times but only got ‘we are looking into it’ On 7th when i felt that they are not listening to me tagged @CNBC Awaaz Pehredaar and received instant reply from Shopclues that they will get back to me with details quickly. When i didn’t receive any reply for another 4 hrs again tagged CNBC and within 2 minutes received a sms that ur order is cancelled as requested and refund will show in ur account in 7-10 days.
Crux: These E tailors (except Amazon) take customers for granted. You need to show them the real power of a customer.

yes shopclues is worst in every matter but paytm is much better and according to rating Trendin is good seller n shipped the product but couier company isn’t uploading tracking details however now paytm CC is saying that product wasn’t shipped due to unforseen circumstances but now they shipped it… I am really confused as I faced this issue with this seller only or other side my experience is good with paytm… Let’s see what will they do now? or else have to tagged cnbc awaaz pehredaar for help.

I think the issue is with Delhivery
