Seriously i am fedup now with Helpchat , it was one of the best app but now they have changed , stole my ₹175 and blocked my account . Shitty Startups.

i have also tweeted, emailed since last 4 days but no results… they just say to send documents… i had used my balance immediately after this happened

tweet them with a message on twitter with the hashtag as was mentioned by a member above….

I had used only one account in helpchat, still they blocked coupons for me and asking for KYC.
I had uploaded documents, waiting from 4 days, and still they haven’t unblocked me

Is the account getting blocked even for purchasing Amazon vouchers using helpchat balance

Blocked my account as well. Didnt even use whatever food coupon is being talked about. Never made referrals either. One account on rooted, one account on non rooted, both blocked.

Can anybody help me how to use helpchat on a rooted device without facing blockage.

helpchat blocked coupons on my account. I reported to them below is there reply :

We would like to inform you that we have checked our records and found out that your account has been involved in activities which are in breach of Helpchat Terms & Use.

In accordance to the Helpchat policy, you won’t be able to use any Helpchat coupons on the app or earn the referral bonus.

You can still continue using our App to do the day to day transaction for Recharge, Bill Payment, Ordering food online and Booking Cab.

In case of any other issues, please write back to this email.

I have only used account for only recharge and cabs. No referral .. didn’t buy cheap deals (Rs 2 or Rs 3 deals).
