helpchat not able to apply coupon for recharge

I have never used helpchat in my phone .. so today I downloaded and created acc and then try to apply coupons and suddenly I saw this error – Looks like you are a victim of suspicious activity ..
I do have a rooted mobile. but never ever used helpchat …
what may be the cause friends .. need ur help .
and what will happen to my account . iam not able to use it .

Send mail to helpchat regarding the issue,
they’ll ask you for kyc, submit it and the code’s will get applied after it.
