Helpchat reading user's device activities/information; which is risky for users/customers as compared to discounts they offer

By giving low value discounts (5,10,20…Rs) discounts on various recharge/food bills, helpchat trying to create more and more users.
But once we download their app, they start sending notifications on various activity we do.
Even if we book a ticket through yatra, they will send us relevant notification.
If we pay mobile bill through paytm, they will send us relevant notification
if we book air ticket, they will send us offer on cabs..
huge risk here, we just download their app for few amount of discount but on other side our mobile data becomes unsecured.
I use too many apps, none of the mobile app company does such activities which helpchat does..

LoL they had barred me from coupon section, sent a mail and those idiots came up with suspicious activities and was asking my Aadhar card copy, I replied with "Whether Helpchat is a wallet company or Payment gateway that you are asking me Aadhar card’’
Used some extraordinary words I can’t mention here, gave 1* on playstore and kicked that app from phone

That app is really intrusive. Even if you notice their promotional mails, they start with Re: as if they are replying to some of our emails & thereby making visibility higher & chances of opening such emails are high. Too much.
Anyone, how to disable their shopping ass-istant?

nopes, infact i have never ever availed benefit of cashback.
but, i hate them because they access too many other info of our mobile device. Thats security issue
DD sey kaafi high amount ka benefit liya hey. helpchat jo 50 – 100 rs ka benefit deta hey, wo bandh b kar dey to koi farak nai pdta.
But device ka data use karey, noone can tollerate
