It seems pretty easy. Will try sometime in future. Currently at hometown. So not possible.
But how alcohol is formed in pineapple beer without yeast?
This is made with pineapple along with its peel because on pineapple peel yeast is naturally present.
For more alcoholic content you can add yeast to the recipe.

That is because the brewer added methyl alcohol in that. And it was being sold illegally. Here person is making at home without any toxic chemical getting mixed in it.
