House usage: Suggestions needed

I shifted to a new city recently.. consiquently my old home left out with no person but several furnitures.. The location of my old house is not great..and we found it tough to find a good family as renter ….what should i do now as renting bad people is more bad thing (I think)…
P.S:Don’t want to rent the complete house(as lot of furnitures and other things r there,
And can’t sell due to family reasons.

If you can’t find a good family as renter due to bad location then Simply, find trustworthy land broker. Sell your house with little profit. Buy a new plot/shop/house at good location then rent it
