on a serious note, @Reddy123 do you have any civil services background? appearing for any exams? that might be one way to get some administrative assignments.

for R and AW type of work, the basics have to be really.. really strong.

i suppose instincts and other real skills matter most.
Previously only lateral hiring was there. (from some Police wings and IB)

But I think now they scout for talent all around. (including students)

you may try to apply through normal procedure for and specific behind the desk job directly to them, and perhaps grow from there.
