how is your experience with netmeds?

True..similar experience with me.never got the full order i placed.hardly 10 percent meds if not cancelled

I needed one inhaler, I called every pharmacy in my city, none of them had in stock but netmeds delivered.

I have good experience till now with netmeds, I have placed around 5-6 orders till now and all were delivered within the estimated date. Maybe the experience differs as per the city you are in. I had two of my orders delivered in a tier 3 city as well, but the delivery time was a week.
Out of all e-pharmas the worst experience I had was with Medlife, it was my first and only order on Medlife, no update for a week after which I called customer care and they said they did not have certian medicine so could not be delivered, so I cancelled the order. Apart from this Medlife sent multiple spammy SMS every day, so made a DND request to block them.

I have good experience with netmeds..
Been ordering since around 1.5 yrs..
Made almost 100+ orders..

No issues yet..!
Also I’m a “Netmeds First” User

Of all the items I ordered, Everytime 1 item will always be cancelled of mine. I don’t know they do intentionally But they deliver fast medicine

i have good experience and all medicine delivered. But delivery time is at least 4-5 days. Now a days, i use 1mg only

Netmeds has been the best experience for me. 100% delivered. Placed more than 50 orders in last 2 years. Delivers within 1-5 days.

From the above post i see a problem that people order their medicines but it gets cancelled. It can be frustrating if this happens after few days of ordering as otherwise you could have ordered elsewhere and also many loose paypal cashback sometimes.
So the solution is always upload your prescription first and let them choose the medicines.
You can alter the medicine requirements later.
If some medicines will be out of stock they mostly dont add them.
This works most of the time but not 100%.
I prefer 1mg for better stocks and lightening quick delivery

For me, I stopped buying medicine online. Always had some trouble with netmeds, 1mg, etc.

Once I have ordered 100grms pack they billed it 100grms but delivered 50 grms. I keep on following for few weeks, but not replaced or no refund.

You should also note that they increase the price and give more discount. I have seen the MRP in online one store is different from the other for the same medicine.

I am buying from medplus local store. They give 20% discount. So, I am buying directly. I can exchange if there are any issues. without any courier delays which happens when you order online.

@hana25 I think you did not have valid/genuine prescription
I am ordering from 2017, every ordered delivered. most delivered within a week. some in 2-3 days (tier 3 city)
Some took time but they compensate with wallet balance.
They even once increased my wallet balance validity after it expired (This is not something i was expecting)
Even though numerous offers on medicine in other platform, sometimes i dont like to try out others.

I’ve placed many orders and all are good.

Only thing I am disappointed with netmeds is that they stopped affiliate comission

ordered 4 times from them ,
at one time they had a few items oos , so i called them and they credited Netmeds cash in my wallet + refund also
but overall experience was so good

I have had a very good experience @hana25 but if there is a problem in meds, and you need immediate exchange then buddy you ll be in trouble. Ask the netmeds guys about the local affiliated medicine shop. We have 2 shops in our localities affiliated to Netmeds
