I had ordered 3 quantities of Lays each from two accounts. Ie total 6 quantities. All were dispatched one got delivered in time frame others were still in transit. So I contacted snapdeal from one account and ignoring other account. They canceled pending 2 orders from that account giving silly reason that it cannot be delivered. I got refund too. But today I got all 3 orders delivered of second account which I hadn’t contacted with that account. So moral of the story is DONT CONTACT THEM. JUST WAIT AND KEEP PATIENCE. IT WILL BE DELIVERED SOON. THIS IS MY OPINION.

you got the product and the refund the next week didn’t you ? happened to me too but did not take the refund cause don’t want to cheat them(i wanted to take the money but my father & sis asked me to not take it ) although courier never came to deliver the refund . i got to know by checking the tracking details.
