How much karma points are given in one transaction?

I am an old user of DD but still don’t understand this. How can we know that how much karma points are being given to the person?

Bro, It still doesn’t clarify how the final number is decided that how many karma points will be added to person’s account.

If someone is a cadet, 6 points are added in the account of the receiver, if someone is a subedar, 12 points are added and so on
