Hit the max limit on the credit card but pay full amount before the due date. Do this for couple of months and they start offering the higher limit.
Don’t worry about cibil score (people give free advice that maxing the limit would effect the cibil score, but it is not correct. If you have many credit cards and all are maxed out, then that would effect the cibil score.)
To get “loan on card”, use the card for online spends. You would become eligible for loan on CC option.

For sc i dont think there is any fixed time, i have been offered a limit increase only once in 4-5 years it was more than 60% of existing limit

Every 6 months, if you spend more than 50% of limit and paying dues on time without any emi. 100% increase in 6 months for me.
