Fu*king oyo will never book from this website

It’s been 3 months this worst site (OYO) has deducted 4000 oyo rupees. I have mailed, messaged in Twitter & tried in oyo assist. None have responded properly. Only they send is stupid bot messages.

Worst ever customer service on earth

MMT is best.

Even though its not cheapest any more.

a lot of hotels and oyo now dont go very well on payment terms. If you have paid online to Oyo a lot more hotels now dont accept your booking

I book hotels from Oyo but I came to know one thing Never pay in advance to Oyo

Both things happened to me with oyo. Hotel demanded extra amt as cash because oyo rates unacceptable(though oyo refunded me amount via vank transfer after twitter complaint) and connection to another customer was made while calling customer care (lol).
I prefer treebo now costly but flawless.

3 months ago, same thing happened with me… don’t pay oyo…even 1rs.

Very sad. Oyo defaults hotel payments and that’s why hotels are rebelling against them and customers have to pay the price for it all. Best would be to stay away from oyo or just book with payment at hotel. Atleast if hotel doesn’t honor oyo booking then you can take a walk in booking or go to some other hotel.

Sad 😒 Gift ur wife another trip (OYO-free trip) to compensate for the hassle.

Oyo has such complaints now at larger scale and are in court via some organisations that represent hotels interests…..the good old coupon of 70% 60% off are the reason of such issues and oyo took a cheap way to grow themselves……every company who cheated died very soon…..

I always make sure to call the hotel a week in advance even while booking vua goibibo or MMT. Had no issues so far. Havent tried OYO yet.

This is same thing happened just a two days back with OYO. Luckily i called the hotel and checked before heading to Goa, hotel manager told that he has some payment issue with oyo and he denied. Called CC, they connected me to another customer, Sir Am i audible to you 3 time and hang up. i thought why it happened to me, now i realize that it was happening to all Oyo customer.
booked a hotel through goibibo and did hassle free checkin. Stay Away from OYO.

Same will happen to me on 2sep when i go to amritsar with my family.and i reached to hotel in night..same thing happen to me …maine to itni gaaliyaan di saalo ko …48hrs mein refund kiya pura money….

I have used Oyo a lot 2 years back. Back then it was flawless. Never had any issues.
But now the discounts they give should be on their investment to popularise Oyo. That shouldn’t be taken out on hotel’s payments. But since hotels are getting low revenue, they are revolting

So today I had a booking and the hotel denied check-in saying they have terminated contract with OYO

And I get a sorry as the resolution
